Cynthia has worked in the animal care field since graduating high school in 2009. She started her career in an animal shelter in Tennessee. After several rough years as an animal control officer, she ventured into the veterinary medicine field where the animals have loving owners. She started out as a receptionist and worked her way up to being an elevated assistant, as well as a patient care manager. She made the transition to Lakeville as a customer care representative at the end of 2022. Cynthia has since transitioned to take on the role as veterinary assistant but will still sometimes be seen at the front desk when needed. She is a dog mom of three: Ducky, Baxter and Aurora. In their free time she and her husband enjoy riding their Harley Davison and taking hikes with their dogs.
